Cancellation

Cancellations must be received before 1pm on your scheduled day of arrival.

We reserve the right to charge the first night of your booking; such charges would be taken from the credit or debit card used to guarantee the booking.

For all cancellations please contact our central reservations on 0800 88 55 44 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, should you wish to cancel out of these hours, please contact the hotel direct or follow the link on your email confirmation.
